1. All Sales Are Final

All sales are considered final. You will not be entitled to a refund or exchange for any product or service purchased, unless otherwise specified in writing by Good GWRLZ. 

2. Exceptions

We may offer a replacement or refund only under the following specific circumstances: 

• Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon delivery.
• Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an item different from the one you ordered.

3. Reporting Exceptions
